FAQs
-
Our services start on the first day of classes and run through the last day of finals.
-
We will start bulk bag drop off for Spring 2026 on January 12th and remain to do so until everyone’s bag has been delivered. We will text you when we are in your area!
-
Each bag has an identification badge that distinguishes one customer’s order from another. At no point will your laundry be in the same washer or dryer as another customer.
-
We will work with you to replace items that we determine were damaged by us through our negligence. Pens and other items left in pockets are the responsibility of the student. We will try to catch those things but it is not always possible.
-
Residents who lose their bags will be charged a replacement fee of $10. Bags that are damaged in the course of everyday “wear & tear” will be replaced at no cost.
-
Each bag holds around 20 pounds of laundry that you can drop off weekly.
-
No payments are required from students during pickup/delivery. Bulk Laundry plans are paid in advance.
-
We do provide service to properties that are close to the campus. Contact us and we will see if we can include your specific location.
-
If you let us know we will work with you to find an alternative day or time that will work. We will do all that we can to make sure the service is available to you if you will communicate with us and allow us to find a solution.

Our system does not leave much opportunity for items to be lost. Your items are never mixed with anyone else's clothing.
Students should inspect their clothes after picking up their laundry. Any items the student thinks were turned in but not returned need to be brought to our attention within a week from when they were originally dropped off. To report a missing item go to HERE and fill in the appropriate information, We will do our best to investigate it promptly.
The reality is that students lose things. Roommates borrow things. Dorms are a place where things can go missing. We are not perfect but mistakes are rare.
